How does it work?

• You will receive the gift voucher in electronic form directly to your email inbox in PDF format after you have paid for your order. You can print the voucher, insert it into an envelope and in no time you have a gift for your loved ones.
• Each voucher has its own specific code, which must be entered in the discount code field when redeeming the voucher.
• The voucher can be used for purchases in our e-shop, for any goods or services. It can only be redeemed in its full amount, or the amount by which the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher can be refunded. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money.
• The gift voucher is valid for 24 months.

Warning:
The voucher can only be paid by cashless transaction, not by cash on delivery or customer credit. An unused gift voucher cannot be exchanged for another gift voucher or compensated in any other way.
